Hotel Nacional

A Cuban classic from Havana's Hotel Nacional — rum, pineapple, apricot liqueur and lime shaken into a tropical daiquiri-style sip.

Serves1 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • 1/2 oz apricot liqueur
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1 lime wheel (garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Add the rum, apricot liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.
  2. 2. Fill with ice and shake until the shaker is cold to the touch.
  3. 3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. 4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
