An award-winning gin tiki cocktail from 1967, the Saturn proves tiki isn't only rum. Gin meets passion fruit, orgeat, and falernum for a floral, citrusy, slightly nutty drink that's out of this world.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz London Dry gin
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
- 0.25 oz orgeat
- 0.25 oz velvet falernum
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
- 2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- 3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass and garnish with a lemon peel ring and a cherry.
