Cuba Libre

A classic Cuban highball from 1900 — gold rum, cola, fresh lime, and a dash of bitters. Simple, refreshing, and historically significant.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gold rum
  • 4 oz cola
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
