Floradora

A classic gin buck named after a 1900s Broadway show — gin, lime, raspberry syrup, and ginger beer. Fruity, botanical, and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz London dry gin
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz raspberry syrup
  • Ginger beer, to top
  • 1 lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Add the gin, lime juice, and raspberry syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. 2. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
  3. 3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lime wheel.
