A fruit-forward stirred cocktail from Houston bartender Bobby Heugel, pairing blanco tequila with Midori melon liqueur and bittersweet Suze gentian for a fun, easygoing sip.

Ingredients

1.25 oz blanco tequila
1 oz Midori (melon liqueur)
0.75 oz Suze (gentian liqueur)
1 green maraschino cherry (garnish)

Instructions

1. Combine the tequila, Midori, and Suze in a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
4. Garnish with a green maraschino cherry.
