Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream
  • 1 cup kataifi (shredded filo), toasted
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and brush a thin layer inside small cupcake liners.
  2. Dip each strawberry half in chocolate and place into the cups.
  3. Layer pistachio cream and toasted kataifi between the strawberries.
  4. Seal the tops with more chocolate, chill 2 hours, then peel the liner and enjoy.
