Jalapeño Popper Hashbrowns

A viral Instagram Reels breakfast hack — crispy air-fried hashbrowns topped with melty cream cheese, jalapeno slices, and bubbling cheddar.

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen hashbrown patties
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 fresh jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Air fry the hashbrown patties at 400°F for 8 minutes until nearly done and crispy on the edges.
  2. Spread a layer of cream cheese on top of each hashbrown, add a jalapeno slice, and pile on shredded cheddar.
  3. Return to the air fryer for 2 more minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden, then season with salt and pepper.
