Ingredients

  • 1 oz absinthe
  • 4 oz Champagne (chilled)

Instructions

  1. 1. Pour absinthe into a chilled flute glass.
  2. 2. Slowly add Champagne while stirring gently.
  3. 3. The drink will turn opalescent.
  4. 4. Serve immediately. Very potent.
