Chocolate Martini

A decadent dessert cocktail — vodka, creme de cacao, and cream, with a chocolate rim. Like a liquid chocolate truffle. Perfect after dinner or for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • Chocolate syrup for rim
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of a chilled martini glass.
  2. 2. Add vodka, creme de cacao, and cream to a shaker with ice.
  3. 3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  4. 4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. 5. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
