A sweet, mint-chocolate after-dinner cocktail from the French Quarter of New Orleans. Creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and cream — bright green, creamy, and dessert-like.

Ingredients

3/4 oz green creme de menthe
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
3/4 oz heavy cream
Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
