Godfather

A simple two-ingredient classic — Scotch and amaretto. The almond sweetness of amaretto balances the smoky whisky. Supposedly a favorite of Marlon Brando during filming of The Godfather.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz blended Scotch whisky
3/4 oz amaretto
Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Add Scotch and amaretto.
3. Stir for 10 seconds.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
