French Martini

Created in the 1980s at the Rainbow Room in New York. Vodka, Chambord, and pineapple juice — shaken and served up. The pineapple juice gives it a silky texture. Elegant and fruity.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. 2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. 3. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. 4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
