Instant Pot Rice Pudding

Instructions

1. Add rice, milk, sugar, condensed milk, butter, salt, and cinnamon to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
2. Secure lid, set valve to Sealing, and pressure cook on High for 15 minutes.
3. Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
4. Stir well. The rice will continue to thicken as it cools.
5. Stir in vanilla extract. Transfer to serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours.
6. Serve cold, garnished with extra cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
