A pale twist on the classic — gin, Suze (or Lillet Blanc), and Cocchi Americano instead of Campari and sweet vermouth. Bitter, herbal, and beautiful. Created in the early 2000s.

Ingredients
1 oz gin
1 oz Lillet Blanc (or Cocchi Americano)
1 oz Suze (gentian liqueur)
Lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 20 seconds until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
