Surfer on Acid

A tropical shooter turned cocktail — Jagermeister, Malibu rum, and pineapple juice. Surprisingly good despite the unusual combination. Created at a tiki bar in the 1990s.

Ingredients

1 oz Jagermeister
1 oz coconut rum (Malibu)
2 oz pineapple juice
Pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
