Kir Royale

A French aperitif — Champagne with a splash of creme de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur). Elegant, simple, and perfect for celebrations. The Champagne version of the classic Kir.

Ingredients

1/2 oz creme de cassis
4 oz Champagne (or Prosecco, chilled)
Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions

1. Add creme de cassis to a chilled flute glass.
2. Slowly pour in Champagne.
3. Stir gently.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
