Ingredients
2 lb chicken breasts
1 cup water
10 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp salt
5 oz bacon
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp chives
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Combine ranch seasoning, salt, and cream cheese in a bowl. Place the rack inside the pot and put chicken on top. Spread cream cheese mixture over chicken.
Close and lock the Instant Pot lid. Set to Slow Cook for 6 hours.
Fry bacon separately until crispy. Set aside.
Once chicken is done, shred it with two forks. Remove rack and return chicken to pot. Top with cheddar and crumbled bacon. Cover until cheese melts.
